In the period 8th-11th of November 2016, Adina Stiftelsen Foundation, together with the representatives of Stiftelsen Kirkens Bymisjon Bergen and Adina Stiftelsen Bergen – Norway, implemented the study visit within the project „Partnership for education and employment in Dolj County".
The project, financed under the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms 2009-2014 within the Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level, Programme RO01 - Technical Assistance and Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level, has as general objective to strengthen and expand the collaboration of the three partner organizations.
The activities carried out contributed to the fulfilment of the specific objectives from the point of view of the cooperation of development and build-up of mutual knowledge between the partners:
- Two meetings were conducted with the representatives of local authorities and schools from Goiești and Farcas communes to discuss issues on teenagers with social problems and their parents, employment of young people supported in educational programs and broadening the possibilities of a cooperation in an expanded formula including NGO’s and local authorities.
General lines of the Norwegian models EMPO and V13 were introduced, but also youth entrepreneurship models currently implemented in Norway.
- A meeting was held with the representatives of CJRAE Dolj to establish the base lines for a partnership on education and parental guidancehttp://cjraedolj.ro/cine-suntem/
- Field trips in the communities were organized to visit families and two local entrepreneurships ( I.I. Gheorghe Ionelia Ecaterina and S.C. Ancy Production S.R.L.) for a better understanding of the Romanian socio-economical context.
The study visit provided ample opportunities for all the participants to know each other better, to promote the EEA programmes further, to share potential project ideas and outlining the steps to be followed in future common projects.
