aprovizionare scoala materiale educationale

A major part of “I, an Oltenia-Based Peasant, Need an Education!” project concentrated on supplying partner schools with materials and instruments necessary for organizing the proposed activities.

Providing educational and recreational materials continued during the project with the sole purpose of expanding the range of activities and creating beautiful and unique objects.

The partner schools where beneficiary children participate at the after-school activities received several educational and recreational materials. Amongst these there were: materials for arts and crafts activities – creative accessories, felt, drawing and painting materials, fimo; sport equipment's – football tables, tennis nets and consumable materials for educational activities, such as: paper and colored cardboard, glassed paper, corrugated paper, borers, scissors, patterns, books, collective and educational games, DVDs with music and movies.

Using the new materials, educators could plan and carry out much more activities, both formal and informal. Books with different themes, encyclopedias and educational games adapted for all age groups were given to beneficiary schools. Without these materials, which were purchased and provided by Adina Stiftelsen Foundation, the activities that take place in partner schools would be limited.

Most parents lack the financial means to buy such materials, books or games so they were very happy when they saw the new materials given to the schools. Unfortunately, because of a tight budget not even schools can afford to acquire such materials, so representatives of partner schools expressed their gratitude for the assets they received. Children were also really happy with these materials, especially with the games because for most of them was the first time when they saw Monopoly, Rummy of chess.
