Each year on 17^th of May Norway celebrates its national day. And since Norway is the main partner of Romania in “I, an Oltenia-Based Peasant, Need an Education!” project, this day could not go by without a proper celebration. Small or big, everybody from beneficiary children, volunteers, employees of Adina Stiftelsen Foundation to the project team gathered on May the 17^th 2015 at Goiești School where they organized several activities both formal and informal.

The day started with a debate meeting during which multiple important points were discussed. These were related to the history of SEE agreement and SEE financing. The meeting also included a presentation of information and images about Norway. The second part of the day was dedicated to recreational activities. Beneficiary children were spilt into 4 groups and each group took its turn in 4 activities: running in sacks, egg in a spoon race, parachute. The 4^th activity was the football championship where beneficiary children from Goiești, Țandăra and Fărcaș partner schools participated. They also prepared a special present for their Norwegian partners, a picture with images from Norway where children wrote messages and congratulations.

Children and grown-ups were actively involved in all activities, collaborated, and enjoyed the time spent together. 
Each volunteer had a significant role and well- established responsibilities in organizing and carry out the activities and all of these would not have been possible without their support.

The event had a total of 133 participants. They all participated actively in the activities and enjoyed the time spent together in an atmosphere of happiness and celebration.
