During 2nd - 8th of October 2014, a Norwegian delegation made a second work visit in Romania. The visit was possible with the support of Adina Stiftelsen Norway.
The purpose of the meeting was experience exchange between teachers from the two countries.
During the visit, the 3 Norwegian experts participated at school classes from kindergarten and primary school, where they could observe the way Romanian teachers work. Also, they assisted in after-school activities organized throughout the course of “I, an Oltenia-Based Peasant, Need an Education!” project, and visited some of the beneficiary families.
In turn, Romanian teachers received information regarding work methods and techniques for children with learning difficulties, during informative activities organized by the Norwegian experts.
At the end of the visit, Romanian and Norwegian partners made a rapport with observations and recommendations which can be adapted to the Romanian educational environment.
The visit was a success for both parts, Romanian teachers gained new knowledge regarding the work with children and Norwegian experts got a clearer imagine about the conditions of the Romanian educational system.
