Project: “I, an Oltenia-Based Peasant, Need an Education!”
Project funded by SEE 2009-2014 Grants, within Romania NGO Fund 
The value of the non-refundable financing: 215.015,58 Euro

In order to achieve better outcomes from “I, an Oltenia-Based Peasant, Need an Education!” project’s proposed activities; the main partners received the necessary materials for organizing the activities. Equipment’s as well as teaching and educational materials were bought based on project’s funding.

Partner schools received consumable teaching materials, school supplies, tools and accessories for creative workshops (clay, watercolor, crayons, decorative ornaments) and also a lot of sport equipment, counting tennis tables, basketball baskets, football, volleyball and basketball balls, badminton flyers and others.

Equipment for recreational activities were also bought, like: TV sets, DVDs, projectors, and audio systems.
Most schools from Romanian rural areas cannot buy these materials out of their own budget and therefore school’s representatives were incredibly grateful for the goods they received.

Providing the right materials and equipment makes a huge difference in the way activities are organized and the outcomes that are achieved.
Buying these materials was especially important for both activity planners and partner schools. Without these materials, it would have been impossible to conduct all of project’s planned activities.
